3-Ingredient Creamy Cheesecake

kilogram cream cheese

packets vanilla pudding mix

eggs
(Optional: 100-200g sugar, if you prefer it sweeter)
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, mix
cream cheese
with
vanilla pudding mix
.
If you want a sweeter cake, add
100-200g sugar
and mix well.
Add the
eggs one at a time
, mixing until fully incorporated.
Bake the Cheesecake:
Preheat the oven to
180°C (350°F)
.
Line a
20cm baking pan
with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
Bake for
1 hour
.
After an hour, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for
another 30 minutes
.
Cool & Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Refrigerate overnight for the best texture.
