3-Ingredient Creamy Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram cream cheese
  • 2 packets vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 eggs
  • (Optional: 100-200g sugar, if you prefer it sweeter)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Batter:
      • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with vanilla pudding mix.
      • If you want a sweeter cake, add 100-200g sugar and mix well.
      • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  2. Bake the Cheesecake:
      • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
      • Line a 20cm baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
      • Bake for 1 hour.
      • After an hour, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 30 minutes.
  3. Cool & Serve:
      • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
      • Refrigerate overnight for the best texture.
      • Serve with powdered sugar, fresh strawberries, or maple syrup.
