Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat:
      • Mark the pork loin pieces with a knife. If you’re using chicken or beef, follow the same process.
      • Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Fry the Meat:
      • Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
      • Add the meat and fry it for 5 minutes on one side. If it starts to burn, reduce the heat.
      • Flip the meat and fry for another 1-2 minutes until browned.
  3. Prepare the Onions:
      • Finely chop 1 onion and 1 green onion.
      • Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
  4. Cook the Onions:
      • In the same pan, add the chopped onions and cook for 1 minute until softened.
      • Add 1/2 glass of wine and return the pork to the pan.
      • Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Make the Sauce:
      • Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
      • Let the sauce reduce for 2 minutes over medium heat.
      • Chop fresh parsley and add it to the sauce for flavor and color.
      • Add sour cream, mustard, and cheese to the sauce, mixing well until smooth.
  6. Serve:
      • Pour the sauce over the pork loins and garnish with the remaining parsley.
      • Serve with your choice of rice, mashed potatoes, or another side dish.
