  7. I added half a glass of water, garlic, red pepper and let them simmer for 10 minutes
  8. I added the mushrooms and sauteed them for a few more minutes
  9. I used 2 spoons of the thicker cream, half a glass of water, seasoned with salt and pepper, then simmered for 10 minutes on medium heat.
