Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs with Baby Potatoes

Prepare the potatoes
- Wash the new potatoes very well.
- Cut them into large pieces directly in a baking tray.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes.

Prepare the seasoning
- In a separate bowl, combine the salt, sweet paprika, oregano and black pepper.
- Add a little olive oil or sunflower oil.
- Add the crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves.
- Pour in the juice of ½ lemon.
- Mix everything well.

Season the chicken and potatoes
- Pour the seasoned mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Using your hands, mix everything well so the chicken and potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Bake
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the tray in the oven.
- Bake until the chicken and potatoes are beautifully browned on top and cooked through.
Serve hot with garlic mustard.
