- Take the pork pieces and place them on a cutting board.
- Cover them with foil and beat them gently until they are evenly flattened.

- In a bowl, crack the 5 eggs and whisk them.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and pork spices (optional).
- Gradually add 5 tablespoons of flour into the egg mixture, starting with 3 tablespoons and mixing well to avoid lumps. Then, add the remaining 2 tablespoons.

Fry the Schnitzels
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each piece of beaten pork into the egg batter, making sure it is well-coated.
- Place the coated schnitzels in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Flip them to cook evenly on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side or until browned and crispy.
