Prepare the Cabbage
- In a deep pot, add 500 g of washed cabbage and 2 liters of water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil over low heat.
- Once the cabbage is boiled, add 200 g of sugar and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool overnight.

Roast and Chop the Walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place 400 g of walnuts on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Once roasted, chop half of the walnuts by hand and process the remaining walnuts in a food processor until finely ground.

Prepare the Biscuits
- Chop 150 g of biscuits as finely as possible. You can do this using a knife or a food processor.

Combine the Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled cabbage mixture (after it’s cooled overnight), 150 g of chopped biscuits, the finely ground walnuts, the coarsely chopped walnuts, grated lemon peel, vanilla essence, and rum essence.
- Mix everything together until well combined.

Shape the Olives
- Shape the mixture into small oval or ball-like shapes, resembling olives.
- Roll each shaped olive in powdered sugar to coat them.
- Dust each olive with cocoa powder to create a decorative "cross" pattern on top.

- Let the olives set before serving.
