  1. Start the Caramel:
      • In a saucepan, combine 100 g of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.
      • Mix well and place the pan over high heat.
      • Let it cook without stirring until the sugar melts and turns a light amber color.
  2. Add Butter:
      • Remove the saucepan from the heat.
      • Immediately add 60 g of butter.
      • Stir vigorously until the butter fully melts.
  3. Incorporate Cream:
      • Pour in 100 ml of heavy cream.
      • Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Final Touch & Simmer:
      • Return the pan to medium heat.
      • Add a pinch of salt.
      • Simmer the caramel for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously, until slightly thickened.
  5. Cool & Store:
      • Let it cool before using.
      • Store in a clean jar and refrigerate for up to a week.
    Perfect for desserts, drizzling over ice cream, adding to coffee, or using in cereal bars!
