Ingredients
  • ½ zucchini (medium-sized), grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

  • Mozzarella, cubed

Instructions
  1. Prepare the zucchini base:
      • Grate ½ zucchini and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
      • Squeeze out the excess liquid and discard it.
      • Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 egg, then mix everything well.
  2. Form and bake the crust:
      • If you have Parmesan cheese, add it to the mixture for extra flavor.
      • Place baking paper on a tray, then spread the zucchini mixture into a round pizza shape.
      • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Add toppings:
      • Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato paste evenly over the crust.
      • Sprinkle with oregano, then add grated cheddar cheese and cubed mozzarella.
      • Add a few spinach leaves for freshness.
  4. Egg mixture and final baking:
      • In a bowl, beat 1 egg with a little oregano and pour it over the pizza.
      • Top with a few slices of salami.
      • Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
