You can’t refuse such goodness of stew with chicken and lots of vegetables

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with your preferred seasoning.
Fry the seasoned chicken in a pan until cooked through. Once done, transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:
In the same pan, add the sliced leek, minced garlic cloves, and sliced mushrooms.
Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Boil the Potatoes:
Add the diced pepper and potatoes to the pan.
Pour in about a glass and a half of water and season with salt.
Allow the mixture to boil until the potatoes become soft.

Combine and Simmer:
Once the potatoes are soft, return the cooked chicken pieces to the pan.
Pour in 100 ml of cooking cream and stir everything well.
Allow the mixture to boil for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring that everything is heated through and well combined.

Serve:
Once the creamy chicken and vegetable mixture is ready, serve it hot.
Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs such as parsley or chives for extra flavor and color.
