Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (for faster cooking).
Chop the green parsley.
Preparing the Mixture:
In a large bowl, add the chicken breast, red pepper, grated cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, one egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper.
If the egg is too small, add an additional one.
Forming the Schnitzels:
Mix the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form the schnitzels from the mixture, flattening them slightly
Frying the Schnitzels:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the schnitzels on both sides in the hot oil until they get a beautiful color and are cooked through
