Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 200 grams flour
  • oil (for frying)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 500 milliliters water
  • 1 tablespoon spices for chicken
  • 70 milliliters cooking cream
Instructions
  1. Score the chicken drumsticks with a knife and season them with half the amount of spices. Mix well.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the remaining spices. Coat the drumsticks in this mixture and shake off excess flour.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the drumsticks until they are golden brown. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion.
  4. For the chicken soup, mix the chicken spices with the hot water.
  5. Once the drumsticks are done, remove them onto a plate and sauté the onion in the same oil.
  6. Add the chicken soup and in a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of the flour mixture with a little cold water, then add it to the soup.
  7. Grate a clove of garlic and add it to the soup along with the cooking cream and a little pepper.
  8. In an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce and place the chicken drumsticks on top. Place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for an hour.
