Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 250 grams oats
  • 150 milliliters milk (any type)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional if you want it fully sugar-free)
  • 1-2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Chopped dark chocolate (for topping)
  • Chopped walnuts (for topping)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large bowl, break the ripe bananas into small pieces.

    • Add the oats, milk, eggs, honey, vegetable oil, and cocoa powder.

  2. Blend:

    Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. Top and Bake:
    • Pour the batter into a baking tray.

    • Sprinkle the top with chopped dark chocolate and chopped walnuts.

  4. Bake:
    • Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C.

    • Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and slightly firm to the touch.
