- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 195 milliliters milk
- 140 grams flour

- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence (or rum essence if preferred)

- Prepare the Apples:

- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix everything well until smooth.
- Cook the Apple Fritters:

- Dip each apple slice into the batter, coating it evenly.
- Fry the apple slices in the pan on medium heat, cooking each side until golden and crispy.
