- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 500 grams ground meat (pork or your choice)
- 1 can of diced or crushed tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- Grated cheese (your favorite kind)
- Flatbreads or tortillas
- Prepare the filling:

- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in the canned tomatoes, diced green pepper, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
- Let everything simmer until the mixture thickens and the liquid reduces.
- Assemble the flatbreads:

- Place a flatbread on a clean surface, sprinkle cheese on top, then add a spoonful of the meat mixture.
- Fold or wrap the flatbread like a pocket or burrito.
- Toast the wraps:
