This easy and delightful dessert combines crispy puff pastry, smooth white chocolate cream, and fresh strawberries. Perfect for last-minute guests or when you're craving something sweet, fast, and impressive.
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
White chocolate (for melting)
Heavy cream (for whipping; also known as whipping cream)
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Optional: powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
1
Prepare the Puff Pastry:
Cut the puff pastry into squares.
Fold each square diagonally to form triangles (do not roll them out).
Place the triangles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let them cool completely before filling.
2
Make the White Chocolate Cream:
Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
Whip the heavy cream for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Gradually add the cooled white chocolate to the whipped cream and mix for another 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the cream to a piping bag.
3
Prepare the Strawberries:
Slice the fresh strawberries into thin slices or small cubes, based on preference.
4
Assemble the Pastries:
Take each puff triangle and slice it open halfway like a sandwich—don’t cut all the way through.
Pipe the white chocolate cream inside.
Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar for an elegant finish.
