Ingredients
  • chicken bones ((back, breast bone))
  • 2/3 liters water
  • 1 onion
  • 2/3 potatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • olive oil ((if you use chicken, do not use oil))
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • parsley
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
Instructions
  1. Additional preparation
    • Put the chicken leftovers in a pot with water and salt and let them boil.
    • While the meat is boiling, prepare the vegetables. Cut the potatoes, onion, carrots, and bell pepper into larger pieces, as they will be blended later.
  2. Further cooking
    • After the meat has boiled, remove it from the pot and skim the soup well.
    • Add the vegetables and a tablespoon of olive oil to the soup and let them boil until they become tender.
    • Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the soup and blend them well.
  3. Finalization
    • Add the lemon juice and deboned chicken pieces back into the soup.
    • Season with pepper, salt, and turmeric, to taste.
    • Also, add chopped parsley and mix well.
  4. Serving:
    • Serve the soup hot and enjoy the deliciousness of the dish.
