- Put the chicken leftovers in a pot with water and salt and let them boil.

- After the meat has boiled, remove it from the pot and skim the soup well.
- Add the vegetables and a tablespoon of olive oil to the soup and let them boil until they become tender.
- Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the soup and blend them well.
- Finalization
- Add the lemon juice and deboned chicken pieces back into the soup.
- Season with pepper, salt, and turmeric, to taste.
- Also, add chopped parsley and mix well.
