Ingredients
chicken bones ((back, breast bone))

1 onion
2/3 potatoes
1 pepper
2 carrots

Additional preparation
Put the chicken leftovers in a pot with water and salt and let them boil.
While the meat is boiling, prepare the vegetables. Cut the potatoes, onion, carrots, and bell pepper into larger pieces, as they will be blended later.

Further cooking
After the meat has boiled, remove it from the pot and skim the soup well.
Add the vegetables and a tablespoon of olive oil to the soup and let them boil until they become tender.
Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the soup and blend them well.

Finalization
Add the lemon juice and deboned chicken pieces back into the soup.
Season with pepper, salt, and turmeric, to taste.
Also, add chopped parsley and mix well.
