A quick and flavorful seafood dish — buttery, garlicky, with a hint of lemon and fresh parsley.
Wash the shrimps well and pat them dry.
Season with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and chili flakes (optional).
Add 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
Heat a pan and melt 50 g of butter.
Add the shrimps and fry them on both sides for a few minutes until they get a nice golden color.
Finely chop the garlic (not minced to avoid burning).
Add the garlic to the pan once the shrimps are golden and cook for a few minutes.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
