- 1 medium-sized cabbage (finely chopped)

- Sliced pork breast (from Wallachia)

- Preparing the Cabbage:
- Finely chop the cabbage and add one tablespoon of salt.
- Knead the cabbage with your hands until it softens and set it aside.

- Cut the pork breast into suitable pieces (not too small, not too large).
- In a large pot, add 3 tablespoons of oil (or butter) and fry the meat until it changes color.

- Finely chop the yellow onion and capia pepper (or any pepper you prefer).
