Ingredients
    Biscuit Layer Cake
  • 1 cookies with cocoa (packet)
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 250 grams white chocolate
  • 300 milliliters cream for the whipped cream
  • 8 pieces of wafer (optional)
  • Chocolate cream layer
  • 200 grams tartinabin chocolate cream (melted milk chocolate)
  • 30/40 milliliters milk
  • For decoration
  • 200 grams milk chocolate
  • 50 milliliters milk
  • 30 grams dark chocolate
  • 11 milliliters milk
Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese with the melted white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the whipping cream to the mixture and continue mixing until well incorporated.
  4. Crumble the wafer biscuits and fold them into the cream mixture. Adjust the amount as desired for texture.
  5. In a separate container, soak the cocoa biscuits in milk.
  6. Layer the soaked cocoa biscuits at the bottom of a tray.
  7. Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuit layer.
  8. Add another layer of soaked cocoa biscuits on top of the cream.
  9. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the second biscuit layer.
  10. Mix the hazelnut cream with milk until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
  11. Pour the hazelnut cream mixture over the cream layer and level it gently with a spoon.
  12. Add a final layer of cocoa biscuits on top.
  13. Decorate the dessert with melted chocolate as desired.
  14. Refrigerate the dessert overnight to set.
