- Bread, cut into pieces
- Milk (enough to soak the bread)
- 4 eggs (boiled to desired doneness)
- 500 grams of minced pork
- 1 egg (raw)

- New potatoes, cut into pieces
- Carrots, cut into pieces

- Bread Preparation:
- Cut the bread into pieces.
- Pour milk over the bread and let it soak.
- Boiling Eggs:
- Boil 4 eggs in cold water to your preferred doneness (soft or hard).
- Meat Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of minced pork with 1 raw egg.
- Add the finely chopped onion and 50 grams of Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Mix the soaked bread into the meat mixture.
- Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
- Rolling the Meat:
- Peel the boiled eggs.
- On a large chopping board, place a sheet of baking paper.
- Form a rectangle with the meat mixture on the baking paper.
- Lay 4 slices of ham and a few pieces of mozzarella (or cheese of your choice) over the meat.
- Place the boiled eggs in a line.
- Roll everything tightly using the baking paper to form a meat roll.
- Twist the ends of the paper to secure the roll and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Preparing Vegetables:
- In a heat-resistant tray, place new potatoes and carrots.
- Season with salt, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the meat roll and vegetables in the oven and roast for about 40 minutes.
