Cook the Sausages and Vegetables
- Slice the smoked sausages thinly.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced sausages. Fry until they are nicely browned.
- While the sausages are cooking, chop 1/2 onion and the green onions (if using).
- Once the sausages are colored, add the chopped onions to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
3 Combine Everything
- Add 1 cup of water to the pan with sausages and onions, and let it simmer until the onions soften.
- Add the boiled and drained potatoes to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika (or spicy paprika). Adjust seasoning to taste.
4 Serve and Enjoy
- Let everything cook together for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
