- Puff pastry sheet (1 sheet, cut into 6 equal squares)
- Tomato paste (enough to spread on each square)
- Mozzarella cheese (or substitute with cheddar or other cheese), shredded or sliced generously
- Salami slices, cut into strips
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Prepare the puff pastry:

- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 equal squares.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato paste over each square.
- Add the fillings:

- Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over each square.
- Add strips of salami on top of the cheese.
- Form the triangles:

- Fold each square into a triangle, sealing the edges tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking during baking.
- Press the edges with a fork to secure and create a decorative pattern.
- Prepare the egg wash:

- In a small bowl, mix the egg with the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Brush and bake:

- Place the triangles on a baking tray.
- Brush each triangle generously with the egg wash mixture.
