Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs (or 3 smaller eggs)
  • A pinch of salt (to taste)
  • A handful of parsley (optional, can substitute with spinach)
  • A little oil (for greasing the pan)
  • Cheddar cheese (grated, or substitute with any cheese of your choice)
  • Spicy mayonnaise (or your favorite sauce)
  • Half of a green salad (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture
    1. In a large bowl, crack 2 large eggs (or 3 smaller ones).
    2. Add a pinch of salt and a handful of chopped parsley (or spinach if preferred).
    3. Mix well until the eggs are fully beaten and the ingredients are combined.
  2. Cook the Egg
    1. Heat a pan and grease it with a little oil.
    2. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and evenly spread it over the surface.
    3. Let it fry for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to set.
  3. Add the Cheese and Sauce
    1. While the egg is cooking, grate some cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese).
    2. Once the egg is partially cooked, flip it over to the other side.
    3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the egg.
    4. Drizzle your favorite sauce, such as spicy mayonnaise, over the cheese.
  4. Add the Salad
    1. Chop half of a green salad and add it on top of the cheesy egg.
  5. Serve
    1. Carefully fold the egg into a wrap or serve it as is.
