- 2 large eggs (or 3 smaller eggs)
- A pinch of salt (to taste)
- A handful of parsley (optional, can substitute with spinach)
- A little oil (for greasing the pan)
- Cheddar cheese (grated, or substitute with any cheese of your choice)
- Spicy mayonnaise (or your favorite sauce)
- Half of a green salad (chopped)
- Prepare the Egg Mixture
- In a large bowl, crack 2 large eggs (or 3 smaller ones).
- Add a pinch of salt and a handful of chopped parsley (or spinach if preferred).
- Mix well until the eggs are fully beaten and the ingredients are combined.
- Cook the Egg
- Heat a pan and grease it with a little oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and evenly spread it over the surface.
- Let it fry for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to set.
- Add the Cheese and Sauce
- While the egg is cooking, grate some cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese).
- Once the egg is partially cooked, flip it over to the other side.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the egg.
- Drizzle your favorite sauce, such as spicy mayonnaise, over the cheese.
- Add the Salad
- Chop half of a green salad and add it on top of the cheesy egg.
- Serve
- Carefully fold the egg into a wrap or serve it as is.
