Puff Pastry Fruit Baskets – Easy 5-Ingredient Dessert in 10 Minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • Whipping cream (amount as needed)
  • Sugar (to taste, for sweetening the cream)
  • Jam (e.g., lemon jam or any kind you have)
  • Fresh fruits (for topping – berries, kiwi, mango, etc.)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Puff Pastry
      • Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares.
      • Use two squares for each muffin. Place them crosswise in muffin tray cups to form small baskets.
      • Lightly flatten the center of each with your fingers and prick the center with a fork to prevent puffing.
  2. Bake
      • Bake the puff pastry baskets in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until golden and puffed.
      • Remove from the oven and let cool on a plate.
  3. Prepare the Cream
      • In a bowl, whip whipping cream with sugar until firm peaks form. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
  4. Assemble the Fruit Baskets
      • Gently press down the center of each baked puff to create space.
      • Add 1 teaspoon of jam into the center of each puff.
      • Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top.
      • Decorate with fresh fruits of your choice.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
      • Serve immediately or chill slightly before serving. Perfect for a quick, beautiful dessert.
