- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- Whipping cream (amount as needed)
- Sugar (to taste, for sweetening the cream)
- Jam (e.g., lemon jam or any kind you have)
- Fresh fruits (for topping – berries, kiwi, mango, etc.)
- Prepare the Puff Pastry

- Cut the puff pastry sheet into squares.
- Use two squares for each muffin. Place them crosswise in muffin tray cups to form small baskets.
- Lightly flatten the center of each with your fingers and prick the center with a fork to prevent puffing.
- Bake

- Bake the puff pastry baskets in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a plate.
- Prepare the Cream

- In a bowl, whip whipping cream with sugar until firm peaks form. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Assemble the Fruit Baskets

- Gently press down the center of each baked puff to create space.
- Add 1 teaspoon of jam into the center of each puff.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top.
- Decorate with fresh fruits of your choice.
