Ingredients
Pork loin pieces (or chicken or beef as an alternative)
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 glass of wine (white or red, depending on preference)
Sour cream, to taste (for the sauce)
Cheese (optional, grated, such as Parmesan or any preferred cheese)
1 tablespoon mustard
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Aluminum foil (to keep meat warm)
Instructions
Prepare the Meat:
Mark the pork loin pieces with a knife. If you’re using chicken or beef, follow the same process.
Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fry the Meat:
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the meat and fry it for 5 minutes on one side. If it starts to burn, reduce the heat.
Flip the meat and fry for another 1-2 minutes until browned.
Prepare the Onions:
Finely chop 1 onion and 1 green onion.
Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
Cook the Onions:
In the same pan, add the chopped onions and cook for 1 minute until softened.
Add 1/2 glass of wine and return the pork to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat, allowing the flavors to meld.
Make the Sauce:
Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Let the sauce reduce for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Chop fresh parsley and add it to the sauce for flavor and color.
Add sour cream, mustard, and cheese to the sauce, mixing well until smooth.
Serve:
Pour the sauce over the pork loins and garnish with the remaining parsley.
Serve with your choice of rice, mashed potatoes, or another side dish.
