Pizza Clătită – Quick Oven-Baked Pancake Pizza (Pizza rapidă de clătite la cuptor)
A fluffy, no-yeast “pizza” you can whip up in minutes, straight from your fridge supplies.
For the batter:

large eggs

milk

bread flour

baking powder

olive oil
A pinch of salt
For the toppings (use what you have):
250
g
mozzarella
(or cheddar/other melting cheese)
Smoked sausages
(sliced)
Ham
(cut into small pieces)
Spicy salami
(or any salami you prefer)
A few black olives
(optional)
Red bell peppers
(sliced)
Tomato slices
Salt and black pepper
(to taste)
Oregano
(to taste)
Instructions

Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Beat well.
Gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
Sift in the flour in two batches, mixing well after each to avoid lumps.
Add baking powder and olive oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free. Set aside.

Prepare toppings:
Slice sausages, ham, salami, peppers, and tomatoes. Grate mozzarella (if not pre-shredded).

Assemble:
Line a standard baking tray with baking paper.
Pour the batter evenly into the tray.
Sprinkle mozzarella over the batter.
Add sliced sausages, ham, salami, olives, peppers, and tomatoes.
Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.

Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm. Perfect as a snack, quick dinner, or party dish.
