- 2 pistachio sticks (peeled and crushed)
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 200 milliliters cold water
- 300 milliliters whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons pistachio sweetened cream (or 2-3 tablespoons sugar if sweetened cream is unavailable)
- 2 packets of biscuits
- Tray (15x20 cm)
- Prepare the Pistachios
- Peel 2 pistachio sticks and crush them finely using a knife or electric machine.
- Prepare the Coffee
- Mix 2 teaspoons of instant coffee with 200 ml of cold water and set aside.
- Prepare the Cream
- In a bowl, pour 300 ml of whipping cream.
- Add 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese and mix until well incorporated and the cream thickens.
- Add 2 tablespoons of pistachio sweetened cream (or 2-3 tablespoons sugar if you don’t have sweetened cream) and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Tiramisu
- Soak the biscuits in the prepared coffee.
- Place the soaked biscuits in a 15x20 cm tray, arranging them neatly.
- Spread three-quarters of the pistachio cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Add another layer of soaked biscuits on top, followed by the remaining cream.
- Refrigerate and Serve
- You can consume it immediately or let it sit in the fridge overnight to allow the flavors to meld and set.
