Oreo Ice Cream Recipe in Less Than 10 Minutes

  • 1 large pack of Oreo cookies with double cream (you can also use the original ones, but the double cream provides a more intense flavor)
  • 450 grams cold heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (adjust to taste)

  1. Prepare the Oreo Cookies:
    • Crush 1 large pack of Oreo cookies with double cream using a knife. You can also use a blender if you prefer smaller pieces, but keeping larger chunks provides a richer flavor.
    • Reserve 2-3 cookies for decoration.
  2. Prepare the Whipped Cream:
    • In a large bowl, add 450g of cold heavy cream.
    • Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference.
    • Add a few drops of vanilla extract (optional).
    • Mix the ingredients gently. Avoid over-mixing to maintain a light and airy texture.
  3. Incorporate the Cookies:
    • Add the crushed cookies to the whipped cream mixture.
    • Fold the cookies into the mixture gently with a spatula. Avoid over-mixing to keep the texture airy
  4. Prepare for Freezing:
    • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe tray.
    • Sprinkle the reserved cookie pieces on top.
    • Place the tray in the freezer for about an hour or until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Remove the ice cream from the freezer and enjoy it on a hot summer day or anytime you crave a delicious treat.
