No-Knead Pancakes with Jam
Ingredients

eggs
A pinch of salt

cup
cold water

cup
milk

oil
1 ½

flour

tsp
baking powder
Jam (apricot or your preference) for filling
Honey and walnuts (optional, for serving)
Instructions

Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, break
3 eggs
and add a pinch of
salt
. Mix well.
Add
1 cup cold water
and
1 cup milk
to the mixture. Stir.
Pour in
3-4 tablespoons of oil
and mix everything together.
Gradually add
1 ½ cups flour
and
1 teaspoon baking powder
, mixing until smooth.

Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a pan over high heat and grease it lightly with oil.
Using a ladle, pour the pancake batter into the pan, leveling it evenly.
Cook until the edges of the pancake start to dry, then flip and cook for another minute.

Stack the pancakes on a plate.
Fill each pancake with
