A quick and creamy layered dessert with two types of biscuits and a luscious whipped cream-cheese filling. Ready in just 10 minutes—no oven needed!

Ingredients
    For the Biscuit Layers:
  • Butter biscuits (for base and top layer)
  • Chocolate biscuits (filled, for middle layer)
  • Milk (for soaking the biscuits, approx. 200–300 ml)
  • For the Cream Filling:
  • 300 milliliters cold whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 150 grams cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Biscuit Base:
      • Lightly soak the butter biscuits in milk (just a few seconds).
      • Layer them on the bottom of a pan or tray to form the base.
  2. Make the Cream Filling:
      • In a bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with sugar and vanilla essence until soft peaks form.
      • Do not overmix!
      • Add the cream cheese and gently fold it in with a spatula until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Cake:
      • Spread half of the cream mixture over the butter biscuit base and level it.
      • Lightly soak the chocolate biscuits in milk (a bit longer to soften fully).
      • Add a layer of chocolate biscuits over the cream.
      • Spread the remaining cream over the chocolate biscuit layer and smooth it out.
      • Top with another layer of butter biscuits (also soaked lightly in milk).
  4. Chill (Optional but Recommended):
      • Let the cake sit in the fridge for 1–2 hours to fully set (or enjoy right away if you're in a hurry!).
    Optional Toppings: • Grated chocolate, cocoa powder, or crushed biscuits on top for extra flair.
