Ready in just 10 minutes, these no-bake biscuit chocolate balls are perfect when you're craving something sweet. Creamy inside, chocolate-coated outside, and incredibly easy to make.
Place the biscuits and nuts in a food processor.
Blend until finely crushed.
If you don’t have a processor, put the biscuits in a bag.
Cover with a towel and crush using a rolling pin.
Chop the nuts separately if needed.
Transfer the crushed biscuits and nuts into a large bowl.
Add cream cheese.
Add chocolate spread (or melted chocolate).
Mix well until a moldable dough forms.
The consistency should be soft but firm enough to shape.
Take small portions of the mixture.
Roll them between your palms into balls.
Set aside.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix well.
Stir in chopped walnuts if desired.
Using a toothpick or fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
Coat evenly and place on a tray lined with baking paper.
