4 Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and cocoa. Try not to overmix.
5 Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. You can sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
6 Place the tray in the preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
7 After baking, allow the cake to cool in the tray before cutting it
