Mini Pizza Rolls Recipe

Prepare the Salami:
- Dice a few slices of salami into small cubes.

Prepare the Puff Pastry:
- Spread the first sheet of puff pastry on the countertop.

Add Tomato Paste:
- Spread a layer of tomato paste over the puff pastry using a knife. You can also use ketchup if preferred.

Add Cheese and Salami:
- Sprinkle about 100 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato paste.
- Add the diced salami cubes on top of the cheese.

Cover with Second Pastry Sheet:
Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press down to flatten it.

Cut into Strips:
- Cut the layered pastry into 1 cm wide strips.

Stack and Roll:
- Take two strips at a time, stack them on top of each other, and roll them up.

Flatten the Rolls:
- Use a rolling pin or a small stick to flatten each roll slightly.

Prepare the Egg Wash:
- In a bowl, mix 1 egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with this mixture.

Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle poppy seeds and sesame seeds on top of the rolls. If you don't have seeds, sprinkle a bit of salt.

Bake:
- Place the rolls on a baking tray and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
