In a bowl, mix the minced meat, soaked and drained bread slices, Parmesan cheese, whole egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on an oiled baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
Add the flour and cook for another 2 minutes. Gradually add the chicken broth and cooking cream, stirring continuously. Season with salt and black pepper, and let the sauce reduce.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and the meatballs taken out of the oven. Let them simmer in the sauce for another 5 minutes.
Serve the meatballs in hot sauce, alongside your preferred side dish. Enjoy your meal!
