Lent oat cake | Prajitura cu ovaz de post

Ingredients
  • 3 medium-sized ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter (heaped)
  • 410 milliliters almond milk
  • vanilla
  • 30 milliliters maple syrup or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 350 grams oats
  • For decoration
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of chocolate flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Slice one banana and arrange the slices on top of the cake, then sprinkle with a handful of vegan chocolate flakes.
  4. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
