  • 250 g cheese

    In a large bowl, cream together the soft butter and sugar until fluffy.

    Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.

    Mix in the milk, baking powder, lemon peel, sifted flour, and vanilla until well combined.

    Grease a baking tray with butter and spread the cake batter evenly into it.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

    Meanwhile, prepare the cream by mixing together the soft butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until fluffy.
