  • 160 grams sugar

  • 90 grams soft butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 250 grams cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the soft butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the milk, baking powder, lemon peel, sifted flour, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Grease a baking tray with butter and spread the cake batter evenly into it.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the cream by mixing together the soft butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until fluffy.
  8. Incorporate the cheese into the cream mixture until well combined.
  9. Once the cake top is ready, let it cool and then soak it with a little milk.
  10. Make several holes on the cake top and spread the lemon cream and cheese cream over it.
