For the Chicken:
- 9 chicken drumsticks (or any preferred meat)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 90 g flour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp seasoned flour (from coating the chicken)
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 70 g double cream

- Fresh parsley, chopped

Prepare the Chicken:

- In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper.
- Take 1 tbsp of the seasoning and rub it all over the chicken drumsticks, massaging it well.

Coat & Fry the Chicken:

- Mix the remaining seasoning with 90g flour in a bowl.
- Heat 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dredge each drumstick in the seasoned flour, then fry for 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the drumsticks and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.

Make the Sauce:

- In the same pan, add chopped onion, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp of the remaining seasoned flour, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in 400ml chicken broth and 70g double cream, mixing until smooth.

Bake the Chicken:

- Return the chicken drumsticks to the pan, coating them with the sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1 hour.
