Top and Finish Baking:

- After the initial 30 minutes of baking, remove the chicken from the oven.
- Spoon the creamy veggie topping onto each chicken thigh.
- Place tomato slices over the top.
- Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
Serve with roasted potatoes, a fresh salad, or rice.
