- 250 grams sweet cow's cheese
- 200 grams salty cow's cheese
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg (white)
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- a handful of raisins (or candied fruit)
- grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoons semolina
For Grease
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons milk
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
- Place the first sheet of puff pastry in the pan on the stove and make small holes with a fork. Put in the oven preheated to 200C for 10 minutes.
- Pour the cheese mixture and level. Place the second sheet of dough on top, make holes with a fork.
- Brush a yolk with milk and put the tray in the oven preheated to 170C for 30 minutes or until it is nicely browned on top.
- Dust with sugar and serve hot.
