In just 10 MINUTES you make the best pie with lots of cheese

Ingredients
  • 250 grams sweet cow's cheese
  • 200 grams salty cow's cheese
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg (white)
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • a handful of raisins (or candied fruit)
  • grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • For Grease
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
  2. Place the first sheet of puff pastry in the pan on the stove and make small holes with a fork. Put in the oven preheated to 200C for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture and level. Place the second sheet of dough on top, make holes with a fork.
  4. Brush a yolk with milk and put the tray in the oven preheated to 170C for 30 minutes or until it is nicely browned on top.
  5. Dust with sugar and serve hot.
