- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1 carrot, chopped into cubes (or grated)
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped (can use yellow or green)
- 4 potatoes, finely chopped
- 1 can of cherry tomatoes in sauce (or fresh tomatoes, grated, or broth)
- 1 bowl of green beans (frozen or fresh)
- 1 glass of water
- Salt, to taste
- Bay leaves, for seasoning
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Finely chop 2 medium-sized onions.
- If you have tomatoes, prepare them for use; you can choose the type you prefer.
- Cook Onions and Garlic:
- Heat a pan well and add about 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté for a minute.
- Grate a clove of garlic and add it to the pan.
- Prepare and Add Carrot and Pepper:
- Chop the carrot into cubes or grate it if easier.
- Chop a red pepper finely. If you don't have red, use yellow or green, or any type you prefer.
- Add the carrot and pepper to the pan and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add Potatoes:
- Finely chop about 4 potatoes and add them to the pan.
- Adjust the quantities based on the amount of food you want to make
- Add Tomatoes and Green Beans:
- Add a can of cherry tomatoes in sauce, or use fresh tomatoes (grated) or broth.
- Add a bowl of green beans (frozen or fresh).
- Add Water and Seasoning:
- Add a glass of water to the mixture.
- Season with salt and bay leaves.
- Let everything boil until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined
