I will show you how to make these fluffy syrupy goodness with lots of raisins
- In a large bowl, I broke an egg, added 250ml of warm milk, 50g of sugar, 6g of instant yeast and 430g of flour, 60g of butter that I incorporated
- I kneaded for 10 minutes, adding flour when it became sticky
- I let it rise for 1 hour
- In the meantime, I took care of the filling and used soft butter, sugar, vanilla and powdered milk
- I spread the dough all over the table
- I spread the filling on half of the dough
- I sprinkled with raisins and sealed it with the second part and stretched it to a thickness of 0.5 cm
- I turned them, covered and left for 30 minutes
- I put them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
