Glazed Chicken Wings | Aripioare de pui glazurate

Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram chicken wings
  • salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Garlic powder

  • For the garlic sauce:
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley
  • For the glaze:
  • 2 honey
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Optional chili flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix the chicken wings with the spices and olive oil.
  2. Grease a baking tray with a little oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the chicken wings on the tray and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
  4. For the garlic sauce, grate the garlic, add salt, and mash until it becomes a puree.
  5. Incorporate the olive oil and add the heavy cream. Optionally, sprinkle with parsley.
  6. For the glaze, heat the remaining olive oil from the chicken wings in a hot pan, add the finely chopped garlic with parsley, and the honey, cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add the chicken wings to the glaze and toss to coat.

    Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
