A creamy, fluffy coffee treat perfect for hot summer days — only 3 ingredients and freezer-friendly!
In a large mixing bowl, add 30 g of instant coffee, 200 g of sugar, and 200 ml of hot water.
Use a hand mixer on low speed and whip the mixture for 2–3 minutes, or until it becomes thick, fluffy, and light brown in color.
Note: If you don’t have a mixer, you can use a whisk or shake vigorously in a jar/glass, but it will take longer.
Because this recipe makes a generous amount, store the whipped coffee in airtight plastic or glass containers.
Keep it in the freezer to maintain freshness. It stays soft and scoopable!
Add a spoonful (or two) of the frozen whipped coffee to a glass of cold milk and ice.
Optionally, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
