A simple, elegant, no-bake dessert made with just 3 ingredients. Perfect for guests, snacks, or special treats!
Wash 200 g of fresh raspberries and gently pat dry with a napkin.
Place them on a plate lined with baking paper.
Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200 g of white chocolate in short intervals (10–15 seconds at a time), stirring between each until smooth.
Stick each frozen raspberry on a toothpick for easy dipping.
Dip each one fully in white chocolate and place back on baking paper.
Once all are coated, freeze again for 30 minutes.
Melt 200 g of dark (or milk) chocolate using the same microwave method.
Make sure the chocolate is warm, not hot to avoid melting the frozen berries.
Take frozen white chocolate-coated raspberries and dip them into the melted dark chocolate.
Let excess chocolate drip off, then place back on the baking paper.
