Fresh Tuna Salad for Weight Loss – Quick and Oven-Free!
Ingredients
Vegetables:

pieces of green onion, chopped

small tomatoes, chopped (adjust quantity as per preference)

red onion, chopped
Cucumbers (use English cucumbers or any variety you prefer)

bell pepper, chopped (use green, red, yellow, or any variety available)
Fresh dill, chopped (substitute with parsley if preferred)

Protein:

of tuna in its own juice (drain the juice before use)
Seasonings:
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Chop the Vegetables:
Chop 2 pieces of green onion and place them in a large bowl.
Chop 4 small tomatoes and add to the bowl (adjust quantity as needed).
Chop 1 red onion and add to the bowl.
Chop cucumbers and add to the bowl (use any variety you prefer).
Chop 1 bell pepper and add to the bowl (any color you like).
Chop fresh dill and add to the bowl (or use parsley if you prefer).

Prepare Additional Ingredients:
Add 50 grams of canned sweet corn to the bowl.
Drain the juice from 1 can of tuna and add the tuna to the bowl.

Season and Mix:
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add 100 grams of Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
