Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 12 tablespoons oil
  • 12 tablespoons milk

  • 2-3 apples (or 2-3 cups of cut fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar (for caramelizing the apples)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cake Batter
    1. In a large bowl, crack 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt.
    2. Add 12 tablespoons oil, 12 tablespoons milk, and 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. Mix everything together until smooth.
    3. Gradually add 12 tablespoons sugar and stir to combine.
    4. Sift 12 tablespoons flour and ½ tablespoon baking powder into the mixture, then mix until well combined. Set the batter aside.
  2. Prepare the Apples (or cut fruit)
    1. Peel and wash 2-3 apples (or use your preferred fruit). Cut them into slices, then dice them into cubes. If easier, you can also grate them.
  3. Prepare the Baking Pan
    1. Grease a baking pan with 1 tablespoon of soft butter.
    2. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons sugar in the pan to create a caramelized base.
    3. Place the chopped apples (or fruit) evenly over the sugar in the pan.
  4. Assemble the Cake
    1. Pour the cake batter over the apples in the pan.
    2. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 165°C (329°F).
    3. Bake until a toothpick test passes (about 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven).
