Ingredients
Chicken parts (desired quantity)

1 Onion (medium)
2 Green onions (Stalks)
1 Red bell pepper
3-4 Garlic (cloves)
2 Tomatoes (large ones or equivalent in tomato puree)
3-4tbsp Flour
water (enough to cover the ingredients during boiling)

Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, and olive oil. Fry them until golden brown.

Finely chop the onion, green onion, red pepper, and garlic cloves.

Grate the tomatoes and season them with oregano, pepper, and olive oil.

In a pan, add the seasoned chicken, onions, green onions, red pepper, garlic, and tomato sauce. Add enough water to cover everything and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

Season the mixture with salt and a little paprika.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt and pepper. Gradually add flour until thick consistency is achieved. Stir in olive oil and water until well combined.
