For the Dough:
- 2 ½ cup of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 cup of warm water
For the Filling:
- 4 potatoes (boiled until soft)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 2 leaves of rosemary
- 1 tbsp of olive oil (for sautéing)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)

Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine 2 ½ cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 cup of warm water.
- If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour until it reaches a smooth, non-sticky consistency.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then cover and let it rest while you prepare the filling.

Prepare the Filling
- In a well-heated pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté 1 chopped onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, and 2 rosemary leaves until they begin to turn golden.
- Once the onions and garlic are cooked, set aside a little of the oil for later use.
- Peel the 4 boiled potatoes and mash them well.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the sautéed onion, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix everything thoroughly.

Form the Rolls
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rectangular shape.
- Using a mold (or knife), cut circles from the dough.
- Place a teaspoon of the potato filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Roll the dough around the filling and seal the edges tightly.

Boil the Rolls
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Carefully drop the rolls into the boiling water.
- Boil until the rolls rise to the surface, indicating they are cooked through.

- Remove the potato-filled coltsunas from the water and serve hot.
