Ingredients
For the Dough:
400ml warm water
50ml oil (olive or sunflower)
20g fresh yeast
A pinch of salt
700g bread flour
For the Toppings:
Tomato sauce (a few tablespoons)
Cherry tomatoes
Green and black olives
1/2 red pepper
Corn (optional)
Vegan cheese (optional)

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine:
Warm water
Oil
Fresh yeast
Salt
Gradually add the flour.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes:
Until smooth
Until it is no longer sticky

Let the Dough Rise
Place the dough in a bowl lightly greased with oil.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Leave in a warm place for about 1 hour:
Until it triples in volume

Prepare the Toppings
Slice the cherry tomatoes.
Cut the red pepper into thin strips.
Prepare the olives (whole or sliced).
Set everything aside for easy assembly.

Shape the Pizza
Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces.
Sprinkle a little semolina on the work surface (optional).
Roll or stretch the dough:
Thin for a crispy crust
Thicker for a fluffy pizza

Pre-Bake the Base
Place the dough on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes.

Remove the partially baked base from the oven.
Spread tomato sauce evenly.

Return the pizza to the oven.
