Base:
120g cocoa biscuits (or any type of biscuits you have)
Pudding Layers:
400ml milk
76g pudding powder (vanilla or plain, follow package instructions)
50g caramel (store-bought or homemade)
50g chocolate (melted or finely chopped)
Whipped Cream Topping:
200ml cold heavy cream (for whipping)
50g sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Biscuit Base
Crush 120 g biscuits into fine crumbs.
Distribute evenly into serving glasses or bowls.
Press down lightly and level the surface.

Make the Pudding
Mix 400 ml milk with 76 g pudding powder, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook according to the pudding package instructions until it thickens.
Divide the pudding into two bowls:
In one bowl, mix in 50 g caramel.
In the second bowl, mix in 50 g chocolate.

Assemble the Dessert
Add a layer of caramel pudding over the biscuit base and level it.
Optionally, drizzle with extra caramel sauce for added flavor.
Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top and level again.
Place the dessert in the fridge to chill while preparing the whipped cream.

Make the Whipped Cream
Beat 200 ml cold cream with 50 g sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Transfer to a piping bag or use a spoon to top the desserts with whipped cream.
